This quality handcrafted lawn patio piece is constructed of polyethylene. The high density polyethylene raw material is derived from post-consumer bottle waste products such as used milk jugs. This material is cleaned in a decontamination process before being compounded into solid board stock. The resulting Poly contains over 90% recycled waste by weight. Poly is more than an eco-friendly alternative to wood, see some of the other benefits that Poly has over wood:

Good product with minor issue

Material is very good quality and the product looks great. I did have a problem with one of the two chairs I ordered. The bolt holes did not line up correctly. I decided to redrill two of the holes to make it work. I could have returned them for exchange but didn't want the hassle.
