The Cape Cod playhouse is constructed using LP Smart Side, a wood building material known for its durability, weather resistance, and its low environmental impact. The pieces are treated with SmartGuard finishing, which resist rot and mold while minimizing chemical use and pollutant output. LP SmartSide is so strong and safe, that it is covered by a 50-year limited warranty from LP.

-Duratemp siding pre-fastened onto wall panels(insures panels are square)
-Panelized walls sections (not just precut) saves time in assembly
-Straight trim pre-fastened to panels
-All other parts are precut and ready to assemble
-2 working 12”*18” windows with safety glass and screens
-Shutters and flowerboxes
-2 Caped Cod dormers (non functioning)(these are not open through roof)
-2 Grid windows in dormers (non functioning)
-Child’s dutch door (35” High x 16” Wide)
-Adult dutch door on side (47” High x 24” Wide)
-Hardware needed to assemble (screws, latches, handles, nails)
-Outside corner trim (white aluminum)
-All trim and siding is pre-primed
