5 med. sweet potatoes or 1 can (2.5 lb.) 1 tsp. salt 1 cup brown sugar 2 tbsp. butter 3 tbsp. flour 8 large marshmallows 1 cup cream 1/2 cup chopped nuts
Cook potatoes until tender; cut in half lengthwise and arrange in a greased baking dish. Mix salt, sugar, and flour. Pour over potatoes; dot with butter. Add marshmallows and nuts. Pour cream over all and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.
