I recently won a beautiful butterfly house from Pinecraft.com (through Facebook Monthly Giveaways). It is so pretty and well made. It came very quickly and was packaged very well. The best part of the butterfly house is that the poly boards it is made with are made from recycled milk jugs. Awesome! It will never rot and milk jugs were recycled. How great is that? I wanted to compliment your entire consortium of artisans. I am a retired rare book curator, conservator, and book artist. I am trained to notice detail. While this hutch is a “toy” to be enjoyed by my grandchildren, it is so very much more. It is an example of true, careful craftsmanship, too often overlooked in our throw-away, plasticized world. If you are your colleagues ever wonder if anyone notices, I am here to tell you that some of us do. It is a joy just looking at this piece of careful workmanship.

I fully expect this hutch to be part of our family for generations. . . .I only wish I had also ordered the doll bed. :-))))

I just wanted to let you know how thrilled we are with our new Pinecraft Chicken house. The service and the quality of the product are outstanding. Not only was our order delivered to us in about a week of ordering (not to mention free shipping on a 750 lb chicken house!), the customer service was top notch. I actually felt like our business was valued and appreciated when I chatted ‘live’ online with a customer service rep. She (or he) actually knew my order without even telling them who I was (I’m assuming because I was probably the only Maine order at the time.)

We (well, I should say my husband!) assembled the coop this weekend. Total time to assemble was probably 3-4 hours. This is light years better than the shed kit we bought last fall that took us 3-4 weekends to assemble! I can’t say enough praise about the quality and the ease of construction. I just wish we had known about your company last fall when we purchased our shed kit!

Thank you again for the great service and adorable chicken coop. My chickens are going to love it as much as we do!
