This Van Buren Sectional is constructed using mortise and Tenon joinery, which has long been a respected woodworking technique within the furniture industry for long term strength and durability.  All face edges are smoothly profiled for comfort and tasteful appearance.  All seating surfaces are free of unsightly and uncomfortable screw heads. 95% of screw heads are hidden on the underside or back of the piece.
