What countries do you ship your products to?
Currently, we only ship to the lower 48 states.
How do I get free shipping?
Free shipping is available on orders over $199, excluding particular large freight items such as playground sets, coops, kennels, etc. The freight charges will be listed on each product page for these items.
How are orders shipped?
Small orders will be shipped using the least expensive method, either USPS, FedEx, or UPS. Large items will ship via Freight.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, we will email you the shipping company and tracking number. On certain large item orders we use local shippers. In this case, we will email you the shippers contact info to arrange for a convenient delivery time.
My order arrived damaged! What do I do?
Contact us here Please include your order number, name, phone number, and send any pics and as much detail of what you need replaced.  We will do our best to get replacement parts shipped as soon as possible.
I only received part of my order. When will I receive the other item(s)?
If you ordered multiple items, chances are they're manufactured by different Amish shops. Please check lead times on each product page for the expected ship time. You can also contact us via chat, email, or phone, and we can provide a status update...
is it possible to set a date for delivery?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, PayPal Credit, personal Checks. On larger orders we offer Affirm (online financing), ACH direct transfer, and various financing options for large structures. You can read more about financing here.
Do you offer discounts or promos?

Do you offer assembly services on any of your products?
Currently, we only offer on-site assembly for our wooden playground sets. We do have fully assembled options on some products as well. Filter on our category pages by fully assembled or check the product description for additional info.
Do you offer a warranty?
In the product description of each product, you will find warranty info.
Is it possible to get the Star Barn without the top spire?
Yes, we can modify this kit for you without the top cupola and/or spire. Contact us directly for a quote.
Is it possible to get line drawings in advance for permitting purposes?
Yes, please email us directly for any supporting documentation you may need for codes and permitting process.
Can your garden lighthouses be used as well head cover?
Yes, the interior of our lighthouses are hollow. Please refer to the size chart in the product tabs for interior dimensions.
What is the diameter of the umbrella hole?
Standard umbrella hole diameter is 1.75", which fits most umbrella poles. If you require a larger umbrella hole, please contact us and we can adjust the diameter.
Are your EZ-Fit Shed Kits pre-cut for the job or do we still need to cut lumber? I would also be interested in another window, can this be added? Can I place this shed on a concrete slab?
