About the Summit View
The Summit View is a park model cabin built for the wild but designed to feel like home. With four floor plans to choose from, it's the most versatile model in the Dwellity park line—whether you want a weekend getaway, a rental property, or a full-time tiny home.
Large windows fill the interior with natural light, and an inviting front porch gives you a place to slow down and take it all in. Every Summit View includes Trex decking, R-14 spray foam floor insulation with rodent-proofing, and a 100-amp electrical package, all built on a trailer chassis to RV / park model standards.
