About the Apex Lodge
The Apex is a modular wooden cabin with a covered front porch and an optional 246 sq. ft. loft. Large windows fill the compact 480 sq. ft. floor plan with light, so it feels bright and open.
Small but mighty, the Apex fits a bedroom, kitchen, living space, bathroom, and laundry area—everything you need to live or vacation comfortably. It's built on a permanent foundation to residential building codes with 2×6 walls, R-21 wall insulation, and a 200-amp electrical package, and it can be tailored to suit a mountain setting or an in-town lot.

Service Area & Delivery
We serve most of the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Modular cabins are delivered to your site and set on a permanent foundation—slab, crawlspace, or basement, depending on your site, the design, and local codes. The foundation must be ready before delivery day.
Your site needs access for delivery and setting (roads, gates, overhead clearance), and the cabin must meet local zoning, setback, and permit requirements. Share your state and ZIP code when you request a quote so we can discuss delivery and setup for your location.
