About the Cedar Ridge Lodge
The Cedar Ridge Lodge is the largest cabin in the Dwellity modular line—a full-size lodge with 1,092 sq. ft. of living space, a covered front porch, and an optional 329 sq. ft. loft overlooking the great room.
Built on a permanent foundation to residential building codes, it's made for year-round living: 2×6 walls, R-21/R-38 insulation, a roof engineered for a 60 lb. snow load, and a 200-amp electrical package. Knotty pine walls and ceilings give it classic lodge warmth, while the open kitchen, dining, and living area keeps it comfortable for family and guests.

Service Area & Delivery
We serve most of the continental United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii). Modular cabins are delivered to your site and set on a permanent foundation—slab, crawlspace, or basement, depending on your site, the design, and local codes. The foundation must be ready before delivery day.
