Finch Limited Warranty

• 20 years residential / 5 years commercial on Finch poly furniture against defects in workmanship and materials, from the date of sale.
• Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the full warranty period when cared for as described below.
• Swivels: 5 years residential use.
• Cushions: 1 year residential use (normal compression of cushions is not a defect). Sunbrella® furniture fabric also carries Sunbrella's own 5-year limited warranty.
• If a product is defective, Finch will repair it or, at its option, replace it at no charge. If a replacement is discontinued, a product of similar function and equal or greater value is substituted. Shipping and handling for warranty service is the customer's responsibility.

Not covered: light scratches from normal use, slight fading from sunlight, or staining from prolonged contact with other substances; damage from unauthorized repair, alteration, abuse, normal wear and tear, or use other than intended; and rusted fasteners or swivels, or failures they cause, resulting from improper maintenance.

Care & Cleaning

• Never needs painting or staining. The color runs all the way through, and a UV inhibitor keeps fading to a minimum.
• Everyday cleaning: mild soap and water with a soft sponge. Use a plastic-bristle brush for tight corners, or simply hose off surface dust.
• Stubborn marks: a Magic Eraser. For rust spots, scrub with Iron Out.
• Deep cleaning: a pressure washer on its lightest setting, no more than 1,500 psi, with the tip at least 10–12" from the furniture.
• Protect the surface: clean off flower-pot residue regularly, don't cut on it, avoid setting tools, metal, gravel or sharp objects on it, and don't place hot items directly on the furniture.
• Hardware: all fasteners are 316 marine-grade stainless steel. Check them periodically for tightness, and rinse with fresh water now and then if the furniture is near saltwater.
• Sunbrella® cushions: wash removable covers by hand in ¼ cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water, rinse well and air dry. For mildew, use 1 cup bleach and ¼ cup mild soap per gallon of water, let soak 15 minutes, rinse thoroughly and air dry.

• Lifetime residential / 5 years commercial on LuxCraft poly furniture against defects in materials and workmanship, starting on the date of purchase.
• Stainless steel fasteners are warranted not to fail structurally for the warranty period.
• Cushions: 1 year residential use (not warranted for commercial use). Normal compression of cushions is not a defect.
• If inspection shows an original defect, LuxCraft will repair or replace the product at no charge. If the product is no longer available, a product of similar performance and equal or greater value is substituted.

Not covered: changes in color or staining caused by sunlight or other substances (the poly is UV-stabilized and fade-resistant, but not fade-proof); normal expansion and contraction with changes in temperature and humidity; scratches in the poly; and rust on hardware in extreme conditions, such as coastal areas, when it isn't maintained.

• Never needs painting or staining. LuxCraft poly won't splinter or rot, and the color runs all the way through.
• Regular cleaning: about once a month, clean with Poly Brite cleaner or mild soap and rinse with warm water. White and light colors may need cleaning more often. For stubborn stains, scrub with a soft-bristle brush.
• Hardware: all fasteners are 316-grade stainless steel. Near saltwater, rinse the furniture weekly with fresh water and wipe the hardware with a soft cloth.
• Protect the surface: don't place hot items directly on the furniture, and don't leave flower pots or containers on it for long periods, since they can stain.
• Sunbrella® cushions: wash removable covers by hand in ¼ cup mild soap per gallon of lukewarm water, rinse well and air dry.
