We showcase every Dwellity model on Pinecraft and help you get a custom quote. Cabins are quote-only—we'll walk you through options, pricing, and next steps. There's no online checkout for cabins.
Can I customize my cabin?
Yes. Dwellity offers customization on every line—layouts, siding, roofing, flooring, cabinets, appliances, porches, and lofts on select models. Share your preferences when you request a quote.
What areas do you serve?
Dwellity delivers to the continental United States (the lower 48; not Alaska or Hawaii). Pinecraft can guide you through site prep and setup.
What's the difference between modular, park, and recreation cabins?
Modular cabins sit on a permanent foundation and are built to residential codes for year-round living. Park models are built on a trailer chassis to RV standards, with under 400 sq. ft. of living space. Recreation cabins are insulated camp shelters that sit on a simple pad and aren't built to residential code. See the comparison above.
Do cabins include plumbing and electrical?
Modular and park models include plumbing and electrical—your electrician and plumber connect the main power and water on site. Recreation cabins are wired for electric but don't include full plumbing.
Is financing available?
We don't process financing on the website, but we're happy to point you toward financing resources Dwellity recommends once we understand your model, timeline, and location.
