The playground sets are packed on a pallet and shipped on a large freight truck. Due to the size of the playground sets, at least 2 people will need to be present to help the driver unload the pieces and sign for the delivery. If any pieces are damaged upon delivery, please contact us and we'll send replacement parts out immediately.
We do offer on-site assembly for customers in many States.

Site Preparation
We recommend placing your playground set on a level surface. They can be placed directly on grass, a gravel or concrete pad, or a mulch bed. All site preparation is the responsibility of the customer.
Assembly is quite easy. Each section is numbered or lettered. Connect the sections with the cooresponding numbers on the side. Side with a 1 gets connected to the other side with a 1 and so on. Any questions about the assembly process, please contact us.
We do offer on-site assembly to Eastern States. Select on-site assembly in the options.
