The standard poly lighthouse comes with a non-blinking light. Just run an extension cord to your lighthouse to power it. You can also choose to upgrade to a blinking light for a more realistic lighthouse look. For the 4 and 5 foot lighfthouses another optional upgrade is the revolving light - the ultimate in realism. Skip the extension cord entirely by upgrading to the solar light. The solar light includes a dusk/dawn sensor which turns the light on at dusk and off at dawn. With the solar light, you can even switch between an always-on light, to a rotating feature that's more realistic of a lighthouse.
